Account Type

Welcome to ePermits. To create an account you will require a valid email address. your email will be come your username for your account. You will be required to provide your username and password each time you log in.

If you are an existing ePermits user, you do not did need to create a new account, you can just log in. Click here to log in.

A personal account accommodates a single user and can be used for applications related to single-family residential properties. Personal account users must be the property owner and reside on the address listed on the permit. Only residential permits may be applied for through this type of account. Master's certificates can be added to the personal account under the account holder's name.
A business account can accommodate either a single user, or multiple users with individual logins that are attached to the same account. Employees with master's certificates can be added to the account. Permits will then be issued on the business name and the master's certificate will be listed on the permit.

Business accounts are not eligible for fire permits.
